Roadmap

Credit Drift Alerts

Know the moment a tenant's credit picture changes.

Upload a watchlist of tenants. Configure a drift threshold. Receive a webhook and email the moment any composite score on the list moves against you. Credit Drift Alerts turns the static, quarterly rhythm of traditional credit review into a continuous early-warning feed.

Credit Drift Alerts is a continuous tenant-monitoring service from CRELYTIC iQ Intel. It evaluates composite-score changes on a customer-uploaded watchlist against configurable thresholds over a rolling window and fires signed webhook + email alerts the moment a breach occurs — replacing quarterly credit review with a real-time early-warning feed.

Built for credit risk officers, portfolio managers, and asset-management teams who need lead time before a tenant's issue becomes a lease renewal problem. A roadmap product with an open interest list — join to shape the delivery format.

How the alert loop works

A small set of primitives that compose with whatever portfolio tooling you already operate.

Roster watchlists

Upload your tenant roster as CSV or manage it via the dashboard. Group watchlists by portfolio, fund, market, or any taxonomy you need.

Configurable thresholds

Set composite-score drop thresholds per watchlist (5 points, 10 points, or custom). Optional dimension-level alerts for financial or litigation drift in isolation.

Continuous monitoring

Scores are re-evaluated as new TenantIQ research events arrive. Alerts fire on the first breach and suppress duplicates within your configured cooldown window.

Webhook delivery

A signed POST to your endpoint with the tenant, previous score, new score, delta, and contributing dimensions. Integrate directly into Slack, PagerDuty, or your portfolio system.

Email digests

For team members not wired into the webhook, a daily or event-driven email summary keeps non-technical stakeholders in the loop.

Event-driven cadence

Choose between real-time event alerts and a consolidated daily rollup. Different watchlists can run on different cadences inside the same account.

Who benefits from drift alerts

The teams whose days are defined by lead time between signal and decision.

Credit risk officers

Move from quarterly credit reviews to continuous monitoring. Trigger a senior-review file the moment a loan's tenant crosses a drift threshold — not a quarter later.

Portfolio + asset managers

Know which tenants in your roster are deteriorating before lease renewal conversations begin. Adjust reserves, marketing, or re-tenanting plans with lead time.

Investment committees

A board-ready trail of when each at-risk tenant first crossed each threshold. Defensible, dated, and tied to an independent data methodology.

Frequently asked questions

Is Drift Alerts available today?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap. We're shaping the delivery format with early interest-list members. Express interest to be invited to design interviews and the private beta.

What's the pricing model?

Pricing starts at $199/mo for 25 watched companies with standard delivery. Higher tiers add more watched entities, webhook seats, and priority cadence. Final pricing ships with GA — interest-list members lock early-access rates.

How is ‘drift’ defined?

Drift is a net-negative change in the composite score across a configurable lookback window. You can additionally receive dimension-level alerts — for example, only when the financial sub-score drops by more than N points, regardless of composite movement.

Can I integrate alerts with my portfolio system?

Yes. Webhook payloads are signed JSON POSTs designed to drop into Slack, PagerDuty, or any HTTP receiver. Email alerts cover human-in-the-loop use cases. A direct API integration for portfolio platforms is on the same roadmap as the Company Intelligence API.

Is this the same data as TRI and the API?

Yes. Drift Alerts fire off the same TenantIQ-derived composite scores exposed in aggregate form through TRI and at company level through the API. You can think of Drift as the real-time delivery channel for those scores.
